Umang Shah (Cubed Consulting )

Umang Shah is the Founder and CEO of Cubed Consulting, a team of Integrated Marketing Strategists providing consulting services to emerging and evolving businesses. While at the Xerox Corporation, Umang became a recognized Thought Leader in Customer Marketing and Social Media. He led a Digital Marketing Team (unofficially) tasked with “Making Xerox Cool Again” through creative applications of new media strategies and technologies. Umang has also been responsible for launching innovative Customer Marketing programs for BEA Systems and VMware. He is currently the Social Media Strategy Advisor to the VC Taskforce and a featured speaker at leading Social Media and Customer Reference industry events. Umang is frequently interviewed on emerging trends and has coached numerous businesses on customer alignment and engagement.

Molly Jones (Blackbaud Inc.)

Molly Jones has been working with Customer Reference Programs since 2006 when she started with Blackbaud, Inc. Molly has helped Blackbaud’s reference program grow to include three full-time reference coordinators and more than 1,000 active customer references. She started her career in the Silicon Valley working as a web project manager and since then she has held various marketing-related positions, including product marketing, web development, event and customer marketing. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Molly currently lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband and two young boys.

Maeve Naughton (Fortinet Tech)

Maeve Naughton, after spending two years teaching on Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands, entered the tech industry where she has thrived for the past 13 years in customer reference, field marketing and public relation roles.  Maeve currently serves as a Senior Manager of Customer Programs at Fortinet in the San Francisco Bay Area where she created and manages the Customer Reference Program. Passionate about keeping customers happy and loyal, Maeve maintains her own blog to add to the resources available to Customer Reference Professionals.

Sam Moulton (NetApp)

Sam Moulton has been working for leading high-tech companies for nearly 30 years in a variety of marketing and communications roles.  For the last decade Sam’s focus has been on the storage industry, and she currently serves as a Senior Program Manager in Customer Marketing at NetApp.  Sam is a self-avowed social media junkie and leverages it whenever possible to strengthen her relationships with customers and other customer reference professionals.  Sam volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for child victims of abuse and neglect in the Central Massachusetts area, and she is also a protector of animals and the environment.

Rhett Livengood

Rhett Livengood (Intel)

Rhett Livengood is Intel’s Chief Reference Officer, managing the worldwide Customer Reference Program which includes Intel’s Enterprise Board of Advisors, online communities, and business marketing campaigns. He manages sales development activities with Intel’s Influencer sales team, targeting Global 2000 enterprises worldwide. During his decades in the IT industry, Rhett has managed country and worldwide sales and marketing for Intel Services group and served as the worldwide Marketing Manager of the Intel® Solution Centers and Services Division. He was also Worldwide Marketing Manager for the Intel® Architecture Content Group and Product Marketing Manager of Intel’s Mobile Computing Group. In addition, he held marketing and engineering positions in Intel’s memory, processor, and platform divisions. Before joining Intel in 1987, Rhett spent five years as a design engineer for Honeywell. He was also worldwide Director of Marketing at Novellus Systems from 1995 to 1997. Rhett holds a BS degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MS degree in Chemical and Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Eric Larson (Projectline Services Inc.)

Eric Larson has been working in Sales and Marketing for the Technology Industry for over 15 years and now serves as a Senior Marketing Manager for Projectline Services Inc. in the greater Seattle area. Eric began his career in the Tech Industry working for Microsoft concurrently earning his MBA from Seattle University. He has gained robust experience working with several Seattle companies and now co-hosts a BlogTalkRadio show here with CRKSN where he interviews Marketing and Customer Reference professionals. In addition to serving as a board member for Bellevue Boys’ and Girls’ Club, he has been supporting the development of Seattle’s first Indoor Skydiving Facility.
